Int/Sr Project Manager

Hycroft is looking for an Int/Sr Project Manager who can confidently run small-to-medium engineering projects, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and deliver results that keep clients coming back.

About the Role

As an Intermediate Project Manager at Hycroft, you will run small-to-medium engineering projects independently while supporting larger ones. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, and lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and designers.

What You'll Do
- Manage small-to-medium engineering projects through their full lifecycle
- Define scope, develop schedules and budgets, and track project performance
- Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
- Act as the primary client contact; lead progress meetings and resolve issues
- Manage cost controls, change orders, and invoicing for assigned projects




- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Mentor and support junior PMs and project coordinators on the team
- Contribute to proposal development and business development efforts

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial projects
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project (or Primavera)

Nice to Have
- PMP designation in progress or completed
- Experience with FEED or detailed engineering project phases
- Familiarity with BigTime or other time/cost tracking tools
- P.Eng. registration
