Key Responsibilities
Design and implement inquiry-based, differentiated learning experiences that address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
Promote a positive classroom climate grounded in respect, empathy, and restorative practices.
Monitor student progress continuously and maintain effective, professional communication with families.
Implement inclusive practices and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Adhere to and actively support the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies.
Participate actively in academic meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-wide initiatives.
Contribute to collaborative planning and reflection in line with IB best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Previous experience as a classroom teacher (preferably at the primary level).
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) appropriate to the institutional and instructional context.
Strong skills in planning, classroom management, and collaborative work.
Demonstrated commitment to student well-being and holistic education.
Familiarity with or willingness to be trained in the IB PYP.
Willingness to relocate and work as an expatriate.
