Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, price, and order Material Handling Equipment systems (MHE).
Assist drafters in developing the design of MHE systems using Autodesk Autocad and Inventor.




Assist and Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics using design software to develop models and drawings.
Gather all relevant customer’s product and building information for appropriate MHE designs.
Identify solutions to improve customer’s operational efficiency.
Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
Assess design solutions to determine issues or risks.
Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs.
Produce work orders and purchase orders for implementation of MHE systems.
Collaborate with Sr. Project Engineers to solve MHE installation problems.
Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.
Coordinate with other design engineers
Communicate with internal software and controls departments as needed to validate designs.
Communicate with vendors for request for quotations, specifications, brochures
