This role
As the lead of finance for Colombia and Panama you will be reporting to the
Finance Director of Latam and support the existing finance and FP&A; functions of
the company. You will provide support to the finance team’s efforts in managing
and servicing existing debt investors. This role requires strong analytical and
forecasting skills to ensure healthy financial planning and operations control.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Finance Director of Latam to support ongoing and ad-hoc
analysis and modeling in support of PayJoy’s aggressive goals. The role will
have straight contact with the FP&A; team in the US.
* Develop financial models (top-down and bottom-up) for budgeting, business
forecasting, company health, and pricing evaluation. Provide periodic KPI
reporting to headquarters in the USA..
* Work closely with the regional General Manager in Colombia and Panama to
model the value of future partnership opportunities. Support company-wide
budgeting processes including monthly budget vs. actuals analysis of
operating and non-operating cash flows.
* Run distribution calculations for principal and interest for multiple debt
facilities. Create local dashboards providing real-time insight into KPIs and
other financial metrics.
