What you will be doing:
As a Technical Writer you will own, structure, and standardize technical and operational documentation across internal teams. This role is focused on producing high-quality written content that supports software, IT, and operational processes—not on training delivery. You will collaborate with business, operations,



and technical stakeholders to transform existing documentation into clear, well-structured, and easily consumable materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
Review, rewrite, and standardize existing technical and operational documentation
Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, manuals, and internal guides
Migrate and organize documentation into Office 365 and related knowledge repositories
Define and enforce documentation standards (structure, formatting, tone, verbosity)
Ensure documentation clarity for various internal audiences and technical levels
Support knowledge governance by organizing information for easy discovery and reuse
Collaborate with business analysts and subject-matter experts to accurately document processes
Improve documentation quality, readability, and consistency across teams and departments
