Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in high-volume payroll processing
- Experience managing payroll for 50+ clients and more than 1,000 employees simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at the C1 level
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to serve as a trusted client advisor
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience in multi-client and multi-state payroll processing is highly preferred but not required
Preferred
- Experience using the PrismHR payroll platform
- Experience working in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or Administrative Services Organization (ASO) environment
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in industries such as restaurants, healthcare, legal services, construction, and logistics
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Handle multiple payroll schedules and employee populations across client accounts.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for payroll-related client inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to provide high-quality support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Treasury, Garnishments, and Payroll Assistants.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
