in a rapidly changing market. About the Role We are seeking a
motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the
Enterprise Business system team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in managing and leading complex technical
cross-functional programs across various teams (focusing on
business applications/Fin Tech). You will play a pivotal role in
driving our initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring
successful delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder
relationships. You are skilled at cross-team coordination, project
management, executive communication, and presentation skills, and
are able to easily move between technical details and high level
thinking. You’re a bar raiser not satisfied with just delivering
programs on time— you look around corners and can represent
multiple points of view. You hold a high bar for
product/infrastructure architecture and can both lead technical

discussions and represent the customer. Key Responsibilities: Serve

as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring




adherence to agile principles and practices Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and
deliverables while managing project timelines Develop/own/ and
maintain the teams’ roadmap, aligning project goals with business
objectives Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring
transparent communication and collaboration throughout project
lifecycles Highly organized and detailed Demonstrate a strong
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment Act as a go-getter, proactively identifying and
mitigating risks while seizing opportunities for improvement
Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and

methodologies to enhance team performance Qualifications: Proven

experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems BA/BS in
Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience 8+ years
of experience in relevant roles in software developing industry , preferably experienced with Fintech Proven track record of
providing exceptional program management preferably within fintech
or enterprise business systems during all phases of project from
kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought
leadership throughout Strong understanding of agile methodologies
and experience working as a Scrum Master. Exceptional stakeholder
management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at
all levels of the organization. Excellent multitasking abilities
and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written Must be highly organized and
detailed oriented Must be a team player and adaptable Relevant
certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are a

plus.
