AgileEngine is seeking a Software Engineer with Java and MuleSoft experience to own backend services and platform‐level engineering supporting a Case object ecosystem.
You will strengthen service logic, data processing, and platform reliability while integrating Salesforce Service Cloud components and managing production incidents.
You will troubleshoot API/integration failures, participate in on‐call rotations, monitor health KPIs, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to keep projects on #J-*****-Ljbffr
