GTM Engineer (Go-to-market) for a Regulated DTC Consumer Brand, Barranquilla, Atlantico, Colombia.
This role reports to two founders, is hands-on, and focuses on building a scalable growth engine across search, lifecycle, retention, referral, and field activities.
You'll direct Claude Code in live workflows, manage outbound strategies, and work with sales, field, and partnerships to improve conversion without paid media.
Open to Austin-based or remote candidates with CT overlap.
