Discover the Role TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to drive automation and functional testing initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , Service Management Tools (SMT) , Power Platform, and related web applications.
The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases through robust test automation, manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities Automation & Functional Testing Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
Test Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT solutions, Power Platform, and web applications.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met.
Apply QA methodologies, testing best practices, and test lifecycle management.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Perform regression testing following bug fixes and deployments.
Dynamics 365 CRM & SMT Testing Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and enhancements.
Validate business processes, data integrity, and system integrations.
Key Requirements Mandatory Skills Hands-on expertise with:



C# Selenium SpecFlow EasyRepro Playwright Experience with E2E, integration, functional, and regression testing.
Tools & Technologies Visual Studio Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform Selenium EasyRepro SpecFlow TestComplete TeamCity Octopus Deploy Good to Have Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules.
Experience with CI/CD-driven testing environments.
Soft Skills Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset.
