We're looking for a Process Excellence & Performance Supervisor to help improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance across our General Operations Center.This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight forwarding and perishable logistics who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, creating operational standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational performance, productivity, and workload trends.Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.Document and standardize operational procedures (SOPs).
Monitor capacity, transaction times, and resource utilization.Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Support process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.Work closely with operations teams to solve problems and improve service quality.Participate in new process implementations and operational projects.Present findings and recommendations to leadership.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics,
