Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Training and Recruiting.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees, as well as leading our recruiting efforts to attract top talent to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new outbound sales hires and existing employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually to educate employees on company policies, procedures, systems, and job-specific skills.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization,



utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and leveraging digital platforms.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs, develop customized training plans, and align training initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in training and recruiting, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Fluency in French is a plus.
