We are looking for an experienced Logistics Team Lead with 1–2 years of leadership experience within the logistics or transportation industry.
This role is responsible for supporting daily transportation operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring processes are executed efficiently and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily logistics and transportation operations.
Coordinate team activities and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Provide guidance, support, and follow-up to team members.
Monitor transportation activities and help identify and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, drivers, and other transportation partners as needed.
Monitor operational performance and provide updates to management.
Support workload distribution and prioritization based on operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall team performance.




Maintain accurate operational information and records in internal systems.
Assist with escalations and provide timely solutions to transportation-related issues.
Support the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational initiatives.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
Previous leadership experience within a logistics, transportation, freight, or related company.
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
Experience coordinating or leading teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Familiarity with G Suite / Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
English level: B2–C1.
