We're growing our team and looking for a Senior UX Designer to come aboard. Convert visual and experiential direction into concrete UI specifications and functioning prototypes tailored for Unreal Engine production. This position bridges the gap between creative design and technical delivery, establishing flow structures, interaction logic, navigation rules, and component systems that perform consistently across multiple platforms and input styles.

Responsibilities

- Sketch out UI flows, user journeys, and interaction frameworks for in-game features and screens, turning them into specification documents ready for building
- Create and continuously expand a flexible UI component system featuring patterns, components, variants, and states that ensures uniform design implementation
- Put together extensive behavior documentation covering focus and navigation order, back-navigation mechanics, anticipated input reactions, error/empty/loading conditions, and other edge cases
- Sustain frequent, hands-on coordination with client-side engineers and UI artists to guarantee designs remain achievable, performant, and consistent once brought to life in-engine
- Direct continuous refinement processes by examining finished builds, giving actionable input, and reworking designs to reflect technical constraints and findings from playtesting or QA rounds

Requirements

- A minimum of three years of practical experience built on solid UI/UX foundations, evidenced by having launched digital products or game interfaces
- Deep expertise in Figma covering components, variants, auto-layout, reusable component libraries, and documentation ready for developer handoff
- Ability to build implementation-ready materials, including annotated screen layouts, interaction descriptions, state diagrams, and well-defined acceptance criteria
- Real-world familiarity with the specific challenges and processes involved in crafting UI for Unreal Engine
- Solid grasp of foundational UMG elements, such as layout,



anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations, sufficient for designing within genuine engine parameters
- Awareness of focus-oriented navigation systems along with the necessity of accommodating various input types, including controller and keyboard/mouse
- Track record designing UI capable of adapting properly to different resolutions, aspect ratios, and safe-area constraints
- Sufficient communication skills combined with English proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling clear comprehension of business needs and their conversion into agentic architectures

Nice to have

- Awareness of Unreal-specific UI framework conventions, such as screen stacks, activatable views, and typical navigation methods
- Experience factoring in localization requirements during design, including handling text expansion, truncation, and adaptable layout structures
- Consideration given to accessibility and legibility aspects, including contrast levels, font sizing, and interfaces designed for couch-distance viewing
- Experience working on live products marked by rapid iteration and consistent release schedules
- Exposure to tools related to AI Assistants
- Prior background working within the Gaming sector
