We are looking for a Collection Agent to work for a renowned energy company from our site in Medellín – Itagüí. If you have experience in debt recovery and strong negotiation skills, this is your opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $3,000,000 with unlimited commissions based on the type of accounts collected. Complete details will be provided once hired.

- Extra bonuses may apply for QA, attendance, and performance, subject to modification by the client.

- On-site job in Itagüí – no remote or part-time options available.

Your Responsibilities:
- Contact clients with overdue payments and negotiate payment agreements.
- Prevent service disconnection by securing effective payment arrangements.
- Handle billing disputes and manage escalated collection cases.
- Process service disconnection and reconnection requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection targets.
- Make inbound and outbound calls, including manual calls as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in commercial and consumer collections.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- On-site availability in Itagüí (near Centro Comercial IDEO).
- Attendance and punctuality are MANDATORY.
Work Schedule:
- 44 hours per week.
- Rotative shifts Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST.
- Schedule may be adjusted if CST time zone changes.
