Purpose of the Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality support and solutions within the Finance and Controlling area, contributing to both regional and global IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and SAP systems, with a clear orientation toward continuous improvement and service excellence.

- Provision of general technical support for incoming inquiries for the financial accounting SAP modulesprojects (e.g. S/4 Upgrade, IFRS15, IAS29)

- Assurance of service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests, incidents, or fast-track demands

- Planning and execution of maintenance and Lifecycle activities (e.g. OSS-Notes, Archiving, Auditor support)

- Delivery and working in IT Projects the area of Finance & Controlling depending on skill level in regional and global projects (e.g. S/4 Upgrade, IFRS15, IAS29)

- Work in a global team for continuous further development of solutions and improvements
