United Stated real estate brokerage that helps homeowners facing foreclosure sell their homes or complete short sales. We're hiring a remote specialist with experience to speak with homeowners who have received a Notice of Default and guide them toward working with us.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls on our dialer system and take inbound calls.
- Follow up by email and SMS
- Explain the sale and short sale options to homeowners in a clear, compassionate way
- Answer questions and get contracts signed
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM
What you bring
- Working knowledge of foreclosure (Notice of Default and Trustee Sale process) and short sales
- Proven phone sales or real estate experience
- Comfort with dialers, CRM, and texting tools
- Strong communication and a calm, empathetic manner
- Reliable home office and internet
- Part time for 1st 30 days so we may gage our understanding and knowledge. After you will be offered full time work.
Remote. Compensation: Base + Bonus Per Signed Contract. Apply with your resume and a short note on your foreclosure or short sale experience.
