We are looking for a FP&A; Senior Financial Analyst – to provide accurate and data based information on Business Unit forecast, budgeting and detail cost tracking. He /she will be responsible for research, analyze, build models and track financial data of the different business units as well the overall company.
Responsibilities
- Be the financial business partner of a designated business unit
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, cash flow, cost tracking etc)
- Track Operational Performance metrics
- Interact with the different stakeholders regarding their individual budgets and expense control
- Work with VPs, Directors and Sr. Managers for specific ad-hoc financial analysis necessary for strategy business decision
- Conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Create executive financial presentations for any financial needs of the Service Unit
- Support any ADHOC financial analysis required
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a financial analyst.
More than 2 years must be required
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Advanced in Excel, data mining and access
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
