Bot-It is an automation technology company that has spent the past 7 years building our platform and automation technology from the ground up.

Our software automates real-world workflows across websites and business systems. Our technology handles everything from consumer reservation and booking automations to more complex business workflows.

We are entering our next stage of growth and are looking for a talented, hands-on Full-Stack C#/.NET Developer with strong Selenium and browser automation experience to join our team full-time.

This is not a role where you will simply receive feature tickets and write isolated code. You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and our technical support team to understand problems, troubleshoot live automations, improve our existing platform, and build new automation capabilities.

What You'll Work On

You will work directly within Bot-It's existing C#/.NET platform and automation infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Selenium browser automations
- Diagnose failed automations and determine why they stopped working
- Inspect websites and identify changes to the DOM, HTML, XPath, CSS selectors, classes, IDs, forms, buttons, and other elements
- Build new browser automations from beginning to end
- Improve the reliability and stability of existing bots
- Debug timing issues, dynamic page elements, browser behavior, navigation flows, and other automation failures
- Work with APIs, databases, and backend services within our existing platform
- Contribute to frontend functionality when needed
- Investigate production issues and implement practical solutions
- Work closely with our technical support team to resolve customer automation issues
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO on development priorities and technical problems
- Learn an established automation platform that has been developed and continuously improved over several years
- Help improve our technology as Bot-It grows and scales

Required Technical Experience

We're looking for someone with strong practical experience in:

- C#
- .NET / .NET Core
- Selenium WebDriver
- Browser automation
- HTML and the DOM
- XPath
- CSS selectors
- HTML classes, IDs, attributes, and element relationships
- Debugging dynamic websites
- JavaScript fundamentals
- REST APIs
- JSON
- Git / source control
- Relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Debugging and troubleshooting existing production code





You should be comfortable opening a website in Chrome DevTools, inspecting its DOM, understanding why an existing Selenium selector or workflow is failing, and determining how to fix it.

What We're Looking For

The right person for this position is a problem solver.

A bot may have worked successfully for months and suddenly stop because a website changed its HTML, authentication flow, navigation, timing, or user interface. You should be comfortable investigating the problem rather than needing step-by-step instructions.

You should be able to take a problem such as:

"This automation was working, but now it fails on this page."

…and independently investigate the website, application logs, Selenium behavior, and existing C# code to determine what changed and how to fix it.

English Requirement

Fluent spoken and written English is required.

This is important.

You will regularly communicate directly with the Founder/CEO and collaborate with other members of the team. You must be comfortable discussing technical problems, explaining what you discovered, asking questions, and participating in meetings in English.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position.

We are primarily looking for candidates located in Latin America who can maintain meaningful working-hour overlap with the U.S. Pacific Time Zone.
