Google Ads & Meta Ads | Lead Generation | U.S. Medical & Aesthetics

Real U.S. accounts. Real budgets. Real ownership. At Pithy Marketing, you'll manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for medical and aesthetics practices in the U.S. You'll own your accounts, make decisions based on the data, test what you believe will work, and be responsible for understanding what is driving results, not just launching campaigns and waiting for instructions.

What You'll Do

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Audit accounts, identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and execute.
- Manage budgets, audiences, targeting, bidding, keywords, negatives, and campaign structure.
- Monitor performance and investigate when results change — rather than simply reacting to the numbers.
- Look beyond CPL and understand whether the leads you're generating are actually valuable.
- Write ad copy, work with the creative team, and request landing page changes when needed.
- Track and report what happened, why it happened, and what you recommend doing next.
- Take ownership of your accounts and flag potential problems before they become bigger issues.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns, you understand the difference between getting leads and getting good leads.
- Experience managing campaigns where you were responsible for making optimization decisions, not just following instructions.
- Comfortable looking at data, identifying problems, and deciding what to do next.




- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and in conversations.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several accounts and priorities at the same time.

2–4 years of paid advertising experience is a strong plus, but we're more interested in what you've actually managed and how you think about performance.

What We Teach You

You don't need to arrive knowing everything. We'll teach you our campaign and audit processes, the CRM and systems we use, healthcare advertising considerations, our reporting approach, and how we communicate results with clients.
