We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Researcher to strengthen the UX research practice at Hotel Corporation across key digital product teams. You will split your time between the Sales/Meetings and Events team and the Search team, guiding research from planning through synthesis and sharing clear insights to shape product decisions.

Responsibilities

- Plan and run complex qualitative and quantitative research with guests, members, owners, and colleagues to support multiple product teams
- Own research insight stewardship by centralizing findings and sharing them with relevant teams and groups
- Introduce cutting-edge research techniques that match product team needs
- Align research goals with product teams and stakeholders in line with product and business roadmaps
- Conduct usability testing to validate experiences and uncover issues
- Uphold a commitment to the client's core values

Requirements

- Hands-on experience of 3+ years as a user experience researcher
- Demonstrated experience with digital web, mobile web, and native app research, with B2C research preferred
- Deep expertise in interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and unmoderated user experience research techniques aligned to clear research goals
- Solid skills in research design, facilitation, and analysis
- Proven ability to communicate relevant research findings through presentations and written documentation




- Collaborative experience working with other researchers, designers, and product teams to support design thinking and lean/agile best practices and tools
- Background overseeing and conducting research projects with enterprise software in complex user environments
- Strong foundation in hypothesis-driven, continuous learning and evolving the design and discovery process of modern product development with actionable research insights
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
