We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Agent to join our team in the south of Medellín. If you have a B2+ or C1 English level, previous sales experience, and a strong desire to grow, this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Sales Agent, you will:
- Make outbound calls to current customers to offer upgrades and service improvements.
- Contact former customers and invite them back with attractive new offers.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- B2+ or C1 English level.
- Previous sales experience in a call center is required.
- Must be available to work onsite in the south of Medellín.
Work Conditions
- Schedule: 44 hours per week.
- Initial phase: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Contract signing from day one.
