Salary: USD $600–$700 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week
About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing U.S.-based trucking company. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident negotiating with freight brokers while providing excellent support to drivers.

Responsibilities
- Find and book profitable freight loads.
- Negotiate the best possible rates with freight brokers.
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships.
- Dispatch and monitor drivers throughout their trips.
- Plan efficient routes and maximize truck utilization.
- Resolve load issues and communicate updates promptly.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and load documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a U.S. Truck Dispatcher (Required).
- English proficiency: C1 or higher (Required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
