We're looking for a Payroll Associate to process payroll accurately, support clients, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Process and manage multiple client payrolls.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
Handle payroll taxes, garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
Prepare quarter-end and year-end payroll reports.
Generate payroll and ad hoc reports for clients.
Resolve payroll-related inquiries and provide client support.
Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish.
Manage client projects and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
✅ English B2+
✅ High School Diploma or GED.
✅ 1+ year of customer service experience.
✅ Strong phone and communication skills.
✅ Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
