We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Junior Sales Representative to support our team in identifying, contacting, and following up with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and email.
- Answer basic questions about services and available programs.
- Identify interested prospects and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain consistent communication with potential clients.
- Update lead information, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Support the team with documentation and client onboarding follow-up.
- Meet individual activity and sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or current university studies are a plus.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, appointment setting, or similar roles preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate information clearly.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
