We're looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead AI implementation, process optimization, and operational excellence within our Talent Acquisition organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI, automation, and technology initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
- Improve recruiting operations through process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Manage and optimize ATS and recruiting technology platforms.
- Lead recruiting coordination and administrative operations teams.
- Drive cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Process Improvement, or related fields.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, HR technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process optimization, operational excellence, and KPI management.
- Leadership experience managing operational or coordination teams preferred.
