We are looking for a Controlling Analyst to join our team in Bogotá.
In this role, you will contribute to monitoring and improving financial performance, partnering with business leaders to support informed decisions and drive profitability and cash performance.
- Review and validate financial closing data and performance
- Analyze profitability, cash flow and financial risks
- Partner with business and operational teams to define and follow up on improvement actions
- Coordinate financial cycles including budget, forecast and monthly performance reviews
- Prepare financial analyses and presentations for Management
- Provide financial insights and guidance to internal stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Mid-level professional with relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A;, Finance or a similar function
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to challenge and influence business decisions
- Intermediate English, for financial reports, documentation and occasional meetings with integral teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
