Omnicom Production is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager - Digital Development to lead and coordinate digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coordinate, and oversee digital development projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Monitor project performance and progress, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and solutions.




- Identify and mitigate risks while adapting to evolving business priorities and project requirements.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and transformation.

Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing digital development projects, including websites, applications, landing pages, and other digital products.
- Experience working in advertising agencies, production environments (audiovisual/content production), or technology-driven organizations is required.
- Experience leading the development of innovative digital products is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, critical thinking, and commitment to continuous learning.
