Senior Operations Manager – Bilingual

Medellín | Hybrid | Monthly Travel to the U.S.

We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager – Bilingual to take on a highly strategic executive leadership role, working closely with the CEO and overseeing operations across multiple companies and business lines.

We are looking for a true operational integrator: someone capable of aligning teams, processes, priorities, and execution within dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environments.

This is not a role focused on managing day-to-day operations only.

This is a role focused on building structure, driving accountability, and creating real operational scalability.

What Will You Do in This Role?

- Align operational execution across multiple business units and leadership teams.
- Ensure strategic priorities and operational initiatives remain coordinated and on track.
- Build organizational structure, operational standards, and accountability systems.
- Optimize processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Lead managers and cross-functional teams.
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and operational scorecards.
- Drive productivity, consistency, and scalability.




- Oversee automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate operations between Colombia and the United States.
- Translate strategy into execution.

What Type of Profile Are We Looking For?

- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Strategic, yet hands‑on
- Capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong in analytical thinking and decision‑making
- Comfortable operating in high‑growth and constantly evolving environments
- Experienced in building structure and operational alignment
- Able to drive accountability, discipline, and operational follow‑through across teams

- 7+ years of senior operational leadership experience.
- Experience managing multi‑site operations, multiple business units, or complex teams.
- Experience within industries such as:
- Property management
- Service logistics
- Nearshore / offshore companies
- Colombia–U.S. operations

- Experience leading managers and cross‑functional leadership teams.
- Strong expertise in KPIs, operational metrics, and process optimization.
- Fully fluent English and Spanish (mandatory requirement and evaluated throughout the selection process).
- Availability to travel to the United States approximately one week per month.

- Salary: COP $8,000,000 – $10,000,000 (negotiable based on experience and seniority)
