We are seeking an IT Technical Lead to guide a team of .NET developers and take ownership of the technical design and quality of enterprise applications. This is a hands‑on leadership role covering C# development, SQL Server, Azure, delivery pipelines, production support, and mentoring.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Set technical direction, coordinate work, and remove blockers for a team of five or more engineers.
- Translate architecture and business requirements into detailed designs and implementation plans.
- Develop, review, and troubleshoot C#/.NET applications and SQL Server or Azure SQL solutions.
- Lead code reviews, testing standards, production debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Own Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support reliable releases.
- Guide Azure-based design, security, observability, and application resilience.
- Mentor developers and communicate technical risks and decisions to stakeholders.
- Maintain architecture records, API contracts, runbooks, and release documentation.

Requirements

- Eight or more years of software development experience,



including at least three years leading development teams of five or more engineers.
- Expert‑level C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Advanced hands‑on SQL Server and Azure SQL development and troubleshooting.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, containers, and CI/CD.
- Experience guiding testing, application security, code quality, and production support.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- This position provides technical leadership and mentoring; the original requisition does not assign direct HR management responsibilities.
