We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee key accounting and Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with global accounting standards. The role will work closely with local and global Finance teams, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with integral accounting policies, IFRS/US GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, audit activities, and SOX controls.
- Partner with local and global Finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure consistent processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and greater operational efficiency.
- Support and develop the local accounting team,



promoting high-quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong experience with financial close, statutory accounting, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and audits.
- Experience working in multinational or complex financial environments.Exposure to SOX and Big 4/Top 10 accounting firms is desirable.
- Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.
