We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team inBarranquilla, Colombia. If you have experience in accounts payable or receivable, good Excel skills, and conversational English, we’d like to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll help manage invoices, payments, and collections, maintain accurate records, and build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

- Review and process vendor invoices and follow up on payments.
- Handle customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Reconcile accounts, verify payment records, and resolve discrepancies in invoices or balances.
- Review accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support month-end closing with accounts payable and receivable reports and reconciliations.
- Work with sales, procurement,



and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries.

What we’re looking for:

- An academic background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experiencein accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Good Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Conversational English, B1/B2 level:you must be able to hold conversations and communicate in writing in everyday work situations.This is a mandatory requirement.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

SAP experience is a plus, but it is not required.
