Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Lead a self-contained classroom environment across core academic areas
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture
- Monitor student progress and maintain effective communication with families
- Collaborate with academic teams and participate actively in school initiatives
- Implement inquiry-based learning, differentiated instruction, and active learning strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience in bilingual or international schools is highly valued
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
