Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Electrical Engineer role based in Funza or Mosquera. The Junior Electrical Engineer will support the design and implementation of electrical systems . Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with electrical calculations, preparing technical drawings and documentation, participating in site surveys, and supporting project engineers leadership during construction and commissioning. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams,



ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and contributing to troubleshooting and maintenance activities as projects progress.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems analysis and operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Knowledge in Instrumentation & Control desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of industrial energy solutions (e.g., cogeneration, renewables, efficiency projects) desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capacity to work safely on-site, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly in technical and non-technical contexts.
