Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist enterprise customers using our cloud platform. You will collaborate with a general team, troubleshoot complex technical questions, guide best practices, and help customers achieve value quickly.
You will address 1st and 2nd level issues, liaise with Integration, Operations and Customer Success, manage customer production environments, and create knowledge articles for the company knowledge base to empower others.
