Luxus Group is a U.S.-based professional recruiting firm specializing in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, and related professional services industries.

We recruit professionals throughout the United States and are expanding our recruiting team with a dedicated Candidate Outreach Recruiter.

This position is designed for someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective candidates, introduce them to career opportunities, generate interest, and schedule qualified candidates for conversations with Luxus Group's U.S.-based recruiters.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven recruiting position.

Primary Responsibilities

The Candidate Outreach Recruiter will manage the top of the candidate recruiting funnel.

Responsibilities include:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective candidates throughout the United States.

- Work assigned candidate lists and recruiting pipelines inside the Luxus Group ATS/CRM.

- Contact both active and passive candidates who may not currently be looking for a new job.

- Introduce candidates to Luxus Group and explain relevant career opportunities.

- Build rapport quickly and professionally with candidates.

- Ask basic qualification questions regarding experience, location, compensation, career interests, licenses, availability, and willingness to consider new opportunities.

- Identify candidates who meet the basic requirements for assigned positions.

- Schedule qualified and interested candidates directly onto U.S.-based recruiters' calendars.

- Follow up with candidates through phone, SMS, email, and voicemail.

- Re-engage candidates who previously expressed interest but have not scheduled a meeting.





- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurately document all candidate interactions.

- Update candidate statuses, notes, tasks, appointments, and follow-up activities in the company's ATS/CRM.

- Work multiple recruiting campaigns simultaneously.

- Learn the basic terminology associated with Architecture, Engineering and Construction recruiting.

- Participate in daily team meetings and communicate results to Luxus Group management.

- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals.

What This Position Is NOT

This is not primarily an administrative recruiting position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable making a large number of outbound calls every day.

Successful candidates should be comfortable hearing "no," overcoming objections, following up repeatedly, and continuing to make calls throughout the day.

Qualifications

Required

- Excellent spoken English.

- Clear, professional English pronunciation that can be easily understood by U.S.-based professionals.

- Strong conversational and telephone communication skills.

- Comfortable making 60-100+ outbound calls per day.

- Strong personality and ability to engage people quickly over the telephone.

- Persistent and comfortable with rejection.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.

- Professional home-office environment.

- Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where calls, conversations, appointments, and results are measured.

Preferred

- Previous recruiting or talent sourcing experience.





- Previous cold-calling experience.

- Appointment-setting experience.

- BPO or call-center experience.

- Staffing agency experience.

- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.

- Experience using an ATS or CRM.

- Experience with LinkedIn.

- Experience with outbound email and SMS campaigns.

Previous recruiting experience is helpful but not required. A strong English-speaking salesperson, appointment setter, SDR, BDR, or call-center professional can be successful in this position.

Compensation

Base Compensation

$8.00-$10.00 USD per hour, based on experience, English proficiency, cold-calling ability, and recruiting experience.

Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.

Recommended Performance Bonus Program

The goal of the bonus program is to reward the recruiter for producing qualified appointments that actually occur, rather than simply putting appointments on a calendar.

Qualified Candidate Meeting Held:

- $5 bonus for each qualified candidate appointment that attends the scheduled recruiter meeting.

Monthly Appointment Bonus:

- 40 qualified meetings held: +$100

- 60 qualified meetings held: +$200

- 80 qualified meetings held: +$350

- 100+ qualified meetings held: +$500

Placement Bonus:

- $100 additional bonus when a candidate originally sourced/contacted by the Candidate Outreach Recruiter is hired by a Luxus Group client.

Bonuses are in addition to hourly compensation.

A strong performer should have the ability to earn approximately $1,800-$2,500+ USD per month, depending upon hourly rate and production.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured primarily in five areas: activity, conversations, appointments, quality, and pipeline management.

Daily KPIs

Outbound Calls:
Target: 60-100+ calls per day

Candidate Conversations:
Target: 12-20 meaningful candidate conversations per day

Qualified Appointments Scheduled:
Target: 3-5 appointments per day

CRM/ATS Compliance:
Target: 100% of candidate interactions documented
