Our assistants operate at a high level: protecting executive time, managing deadlines, supporting partners, and keeping firms running smoothly during high-pressure seasons.

The Role

We are hiring experienced Executive Assistants with a background supporting CPA firms, tax practices, accounting firms, or financial services leadership.

You will work directly with:

- Firm owners

- Managing partners

- Senior CPAs

- Multi-partner accounting firms

This is a strategic support role, not basic admin.

What You'll Handle

Depending on the firm and partner you support, responsibilities may include:

- Calendar and deadline management (tax season, filings, client reviews)

- Inbox triage and client communication on behalf of partners

- Scheduling client calls, internal meetings, and reviews

- Partner task prioritization and follow-up





- Light financial admin and coordination with bookkeeping teams

- Document organization and internal workflow coordination

- Protecting partner focus and enforcing priorities

- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of coordination

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience supporting CPAs, accounting firms, tax professionals, or financial leadership

- Experience working directly with firm owners or managing partners

- Fluent English with near-native or neutral accent

- Strong discretion and confidentiality mindset

- Comfortable managing deadlines, ambiguity, and competing priorities

- Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure

- Based in Latin America (preferred)

Compensation

$1,000 – $4,000 USD per month, depending on experience, seniority, and scope

- Full-time, remote

- Long-term placement opportunities with U.S.-based firms
