The Role

We're looking for an SEO & AI Search Manager to own how people and AI models find our influencer marketing data platform. Our site already brings in 150,000+ organic visits a month. Your job is to grow that number, and to win the channel that's replacing search as we know it: making our platform the creator data source that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews cite and recommend. You'll report directly to our Head of Growth & Marketing. This is a hands-on role with full channel ownership. You set the strategy and execute it yourself, with engineering and content support behind you, and room to build a team as the channel grows.

What You'll Do

Own Organic Growth

• Own SEO strategy and execution end to end: technical, content, and off-page

• Grow 150k monthly organic visits into a compounding acquisition channel that drives signups and revenue

• Build and own the measurement framework and its live dashboard: rankings, AI citations, share of voice, and organic signups. This becomes how the whole company sees the channel

Win AI Search

• Grow our visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews through entity coverage, structured data, answer-level content, and everything LLMs read about us

• Track how AI models cite and recommend us, with tools like Profound or Peec, or by building our own (we have the engineering support to do it)

• Run our digital PR motion: reviews, roundups, and data studies that earn the citations LLMs trust

• Work with a rare advantage: our data already powers AI workflows through our API and MCP integrations, so you're marketing a product AI assistants actually use

Scale Programmatic SEO

• Run and expand our programmatic page engine: hundreds of pages across niches, geographies, and rankings

• Launch and promote free tools built to earn links, mentions, and traffic

• Turn our proprietary creator data into content and studies nobody else can publish

Work Across Teams

• Partner closely with growth, content,



and engineering to ship fast

• Use AI tools and agents daily. We build with them, and expect you to as well

• Bring the outside in: what's changing in search, and what we should do about it

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

• 4+ years in SEO with measurable wins you can walk us through

• Strong technical SEO fundamentals: site architecture, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals

• Experience with programmatic SEO or content at scale

• Real AI-search work you can show us: content that earned citations, experiments you ran, visibility you moved • Fluent with the standard stack: Semrush or Ahrefs, Search Console, GA4 or Amplitude, WordPress

Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS background, ideally data products or APIs

• Digital PR and link-earning experience

• Basic HTML/CSS and enough technical comfort to work directly with engineers

• Experience building workflows with AI tools and agents
