Role Purpose
Provide firstlevel technical support by assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining service quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
Assist users through phone, chat, or email support channels.
Escalate complex cases when required.
Document interactions accurately.
Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Follow established procedures and technical guidelines.
Requirements
English proficiency B2 or higher.
French proficiency B1 or higher.
High School Diploma.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.




Previous technical support experience is a plus.
