We are looking for a Regional Social Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid social campaigns across LATAM markets. This role will focus on managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and X, ensuring efficient delivery, budget pacing, and achievement of campaign objectives.Key Responsibilities:Set up, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and X.Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, budgets, and performance.Implement ongoing optimizations based on campaign results and business objectives.Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.Support reporting and ensure data accuracy across campaigns.Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign setup, tracking,



and implementation.Maintain knowledge of platform updates and industry best practices.Support campaigns involving Google Ads and/or DV360 when required.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns.Hands-on experience with:Meta Ads ManagerTikTok Ads ManagerX (Twitter) AdsBasic knowledge of Google Ads and/or DV360 is a plus.Experience with campaign pacing, budget management, and optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.English level: B2 or higher.What We're Looking For:A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong executional capabilities, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving performance across social media platforms in a regional environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
