We are seeking an IT Technical Lead to guide a team of .NET developers and take ownership of the technical design and quality of enterprise applications. This is a hands‑on leadership role covering C# development, SQL Server, Azure, delivery pipelines, production support, and mentoring.Responsibilities and DutiesSet technical direction, coordinate work, and remove blockers for a team of five or more engineers.Translate architecture and business requirements into detailed designs and implementation plans.Develop, review, and troubleshoot C#/.NET applications and SQL Server or Azure SQL solutions.Lead code reviews, testing standards, production debugging, and root cause analysis.Own Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support reliable releases.Guide Azure-based design, security, observability, and application resilience.Mentor developers and communicate technical risks and decisions to stakeholders.Maintain architecture records, API contracts, runbooks, and release documentation.RequirementsEight or more years of software development experience,
