We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our growing OPS team. You’ll work alongside fellow Operations Analysts in a collaborative environment where sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and improving processes are part of the day-to-day.In partnership with our Tax teams, you’ll support tax return processing, tracking, and reporting to keep returns moving, maintain accurate records, and support timely filing.QualificationsExperience in operations or administrative support; professional services experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence learning new technology and working across multiple systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documents and requests organizational and time-management skills,
including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills.A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge, lend a hand, and work toward shared goals.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and stay focused during peak tax periods.RequirementsCurrent student or professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.Advanced Excel skills.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
