consents and lender voting processesManage obligor accessions and other transaction-related eventsAct as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders and transaction counterpartiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service standardsPartner with internal teams to ensure transactions are administered accurately and efficientlyCoordinate KYC requirements for new obligors and liaise closely with Compliance teamsMaintain accurate records across internal systems including OneView, Trello and DebtDomainParticipate in client meetings, industry events and business development initiativesSupport team projects and process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with all GLAS policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForExperience within Loan Agency, Syndicated Loan Administration, Credit Administration,
