About the Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Administrator who loves making systems work smarter, not harder. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping our HubSpot CRM running smoothly, designing automations that save time, and helping our sales and marketing teams shine.

This role is all about building a seamless customer journey, making sure campaigns run like clockwork, and ensuring tools like RingCentral integrate perfectly. If you enjoy solving problems, creating structure, and helping teams be more productive, this is the role for you!

What you’ll do

- Keep our HubSpot CRM organized, clean, and easy to use.
- Design automations that guide leads through the journey: Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer → Renewal.
- Support marketing campaigns with smart workflows, segmentation,



and reporting.
- Give the sales team everything they need: sequences, templates, snippets, dashboards, and more.
- Manage integrations (RingCentral and beyond) so everything works together seamlessly.
- Maintain data quality and governance – because clean data = better decisions.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and make HubSpot even more powerful.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience working with HubSpot.

Required Skills

- Strong skills in workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Experience supporting Sales teams and understanding commercial processes.
- Hands‑on experience with integrations (RingCentral preferred).

Soft Skills

- Strong communication (English required) and stakeholder management skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Passion for optimizing processes.

About the Offer

- Salary Range: $5,000,000 - $8,000,000 (depending on expertise)
