About Voov Media
Voov Media is a performance-driven media company helping digital creators turn content into scalable, predictable revenue across platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook.
We are not a traditional editing or management company. We operate as a performance partner.
To date, we have generated over 20 billion video views and work with a portfolio of 100+ creators producing millions of views every month. Our team combines high-level video editing, data-driven strategy, and full-scale content management to consistently improve content performance and maximize monetization.
At the core of Voov is our Video Intelligence system — a proprietary combination of tools, data, and AI-driven workflows that analyze, score, and optimize content before it goes live. This allows us to consistently outperform standard approaches and drive measurable revenue growth for our partners.
We move fast, operate with high standards, and expect excellence. This is not a role for average output — it’s for people who want to operate at a high level and be part of building a system that is redefining how content performs online.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth across a portfolio of video creators.
This is not a passive management role — you will act as a performance owner, ensuring that every piece of content is optimized, every account is growing, and every creator is maximizing revenue.
You will work closely with editors, quality control, and internal systems to ensure that content meets our standards and consistently improves over time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow 15–20 creator Facebook accounts.
Analyze video performance (retention, watch time, engagement) and provide clear, actionable strategies.
Upload and schedule content across platforms.
Moderate comments and maintain community engagement on behalf of creators.
- Ensure all videos meet internal quality and performance standards before publishing.
- Work closely with editors to improve content through feedback and iteration.
- Maintain organized systems for creator content and operations.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach and revenue.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize creator earnings.
- Build strong, professional relationships with creators and act as their main point of contact.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level) – written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable analyzing performance and making decisions based on metrics.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to learn and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media accounts (especially Facebook).
- Experience working with video content or creators.
- Understanding of content performance (retention, hooks, pacing, etc.).
Why Join Voov Media
- Be part of a company building the future of Video Intelligence and content performance.
- Work with high-performing creators generating millions of views.
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where your work directly impacts results.
- Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy.
- Clear opportunities for growth as the company scales.
Final Note
We are building a team of people who take ownership, move fast, and care about performance.
If you’re looking for a relaxed role where you can do the minimum, this is not it.
If you want to operate at a high level and be part of something growing fast, we’d love to hear from you.
