We are hiring on behalf of a client for a 6-month contract role.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for technical roles across engineering and infrastructure, with flexibility to support non-technical roles as needed.

What You’ll Do

- Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles (e.g., engineering, infrastructure, etc.), with flexibility to support non-technical roles as needed
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and ideal candidate profiles
- Source, engage, and attract top technical talent across LATAM and U.S. markets using AI-first sourcing tools and other channels
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key regions and talent segments
- Conduct initial screens to assess technical alignment, experience, and culture fit
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and activity in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate tracking and communication
- Collaborate with recruiters to support general hiring efforts
- Provide light coordination support across regions as needed to ensure smooth interview processes
- Use data and metrics to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks,



and continuously improve recruiting strategies

The Right Fit

- Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a strong focus on technical roles, owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering or technical roles
- Strong sourcing background using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools (Gem, HireEZ, Juicebox, etc.)
- Experience hiring across LATAM and/or U.S. markets, with strong understanding of regional talent markets
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, contract environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to flex across role types (technical and non-technical) based on business needs
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and close passive candidates
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruiting performance

Bonus Points For

- Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, storage, or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with open source or AI/ML engineering roles
- Experience supporting global hiring teams
- Deep knowledge of LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, etc.)
