Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. Your primary focus will be drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, and managing cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft comprehensive demand letters outlining liability, damages, and settlement terms
- Manage the organization of pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports




- Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case
- Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred
- Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in AI tools
- Must be based in Colombia and available for a Pacific Time schedule
