Overview
At Gallagher Bassett, we’re looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to join our team and help us deliver impactful marketing insights. This role is all about uniting data from various sources, consolidating fragmented information, and creating high‑quality reports that drive decision‑making. You’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring our campaigns are optimized for success. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations, producing recurring reports like warm lead reports and monthly lead asset trackers. You’ll refine reporting templates and definitions to improve consistency and usability. By extracting, cleaning,
and structuring data from multiple sources, you’ll compile campaign and ad‑hoc reports that provide actionable insights.
You’ll also support the transition of warm lead reporting into Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and report validation. Your work will help consolidate historical reports and datasets into a centralized repository, making it easier for the team to access and analyze information. Additionally, you’ll conduct initial analyses to identify trends in engagement, campaign performance, and audience behavior, highlighting key insights to optimize our marketing efforts.
Working closely with digital and automation teams, you’ll review campaign setups, perform data quality checks, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across platforms. Your attention to detail will help identify anomalies or inconsistencies in data, flagging issues for resolution. You’ll also support exploratory analysis tasks, such as segmenting survey results by persona or region, and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data consistency.
About you
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You’re fluent in English at an advanced level.
- You bring 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign reporting, and tools like Excel, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Power BI.
- You’re skilled at explaining complex data in simple terms and collaborating with diverse teams across geographies.
- You’re detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving processes and delivering high‑quality insights.
