Role Summary

The GovTech Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational orchestration of the governance model, ensuring disciplined execution, cross-functional coordination, and full traceability across governance initiatives. This role acts as the execution backbone of the governance framework, enabling control, compliance, and timely decision-making.

Responsibilities

Execution & Operational Control

- Orchestrate the daily operations of the governance model.
- Manage and track intake requests for governance initiatives.
- Ensure structured follow-up across all active governance items.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate execution across IT, Legal, Finance, and Business teams.
- Act as the central point of coordination to unblock dependencies and ensure alignment.
- Maintain cadence and discipline across stakeholders.

Contract & Documentation Management

- Own and maintain the contract renewal calendar, enforcing 90/60/30 review discipline.




- Ensure complete and accurate documentation control across governance cycles.
- Maintain full traceability of approvals, decisions, and supporting materials.

SLA & Performance Follow-up

- Track and follow up on internal SLAs related to governance processes.
- Escalate risks or delays impacting execution timelines.

Executive Support & Reporting

- Support executive-level reporting with status updates, risks, and execution insights.
- Ensure governance progress is clearly documented and decision-ready.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience as a project manager, cost optimization, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience building business cases, performing ROI analyses, and managing budgets or cost structures.
