Overview The Learning & Development Specialist The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing learning solutions that build critical capabilities, support business strategy, and enhance employee performance across the organization. The L&D; Specialist acts as a learning consultant, content curator, learning technologist, and impact analyst, leveraging data, AI-enabled tools, and modern learning methodologies to drive measurable outcomes. L&D; Specialist will support the development of all talent,



communication, and training initiatives, supporting the vital service needs of all PGD verticals, transversal to Latam and the US. Contact different areas and has strategic leadership vision and tactical support critical in standardizing best practices that align with brand goals.
